Coloreel secures $2m deal with Asian manufacturer
Swedish thread dyeing specialist Coloreel has signed a $2 million deal with a prominent Asian manufacturer, delivering to global brands. 

Coloreel’s technology enables manufacturers to instantly dye a white thread in real-time using digital processes and automation.
By colouring the thread directly, there is no wastewater. Using a single reel of thread and needle also means minimised thread waste and microfibre pollution, it claimed.

Torbjörn Bäck, CEO of Coloreel, said: "We are thrilled about this partnership and eagerly anticipate collaborating to produce high-quality products utilizing our patented technology.
 
“This agreement serves as evidence that our offering can play a crucial role in making mass production in the fashion industry more sustainable, while also providing tremendous opportunities for design and creativity.”
