Yogawear brand Lululemon has launched a new product called the Instill tight.

The product is made using a new proprietary fabric that the brand has called SmoothCover. Developed over the span of two years, Lululemon has described the material as “breakthrough technical fabric” that will prove more supportive to yoga practitioners while providing “luxuriously soft next-to-skin feel and smoothing coverage”.

Chief product officer, Sun Choe, said the inspiration for Instill had come from a desire to help wearers feel “completely supported and steady” while practising yoga. She said: “Every seam, every stitch and every detail contribute to making you feel hugged, held-in and secure, so you can focus on your practice.”
