Continued momentum for Lululemon
Yogawear brand Lululemon has reported revenues of close to $2.7 billion for the first six months of its current fiscal year, the period from February-July 2021.
This represents growth of more than 70% compared the same months in 2020, and of more than 60% compared to the same period in 2019. Net income was $353 million.
Chief executive, Calvin McDonald, said: “Our results demonstrate continued momentum across the business. We launched exciting new products, experienced strength across channels and geographies and announced new partnerships that will allow us to become a leader in product sustainability.”
Lululemon is based in Vancouver, but reports its results in US dollars.
