Mitre will be the first-ever official match ball partner of the Scottish Women’s Premier League (SWPL) when the new season starts on August 7. This will make Mitre the official ball supplier to the women’s and men’s top-flight leagues in Scotland. The brand has been an important partner to Scottish football since 1998.

For the SWPL, the official ball will be the Mitre Delta Max.

Managing director of the SWPL, Fiona McIntyre (pictured), said this development was “another important milestone as we build a more professional league at this pivotal time for women’s football in Scotland”.
