Athletic footwear brand ASICS has launched a limited-edition tennis shoe, in partnership with fashion brand Boss.

The product is a limited-edition version of its Gel Resolution 9 shoe; ASICS and Boss designed it for Italian player Matteo Berrettini.

It said the shoe would suit baseline players particularly well. It incorporates proprietary technology for extra lateral support and for stability and comfort on court.

“The Gel-Resolution 9 is an excellent tennis shoe for me, combining the stability and comfort I need,” said Matteo Berrettini. He said he liked the design and expressed hope that the footwear would help bring success to his game.
