Specialist viscose fibre manufacturer Kelheim Fibres has announced that its commercial director, Matthew North, is to retire on July 1 after nearly 30 years with the Bavarian company.

Its new sales director will be Mark von der Becke, who joined Kelheim in January after an extensive career in sales in the chemicals industry in Germany Switzerland and China. This included more than 20 years with Clariant.

The company’s director of new business development, Dr Marina Crnoja-Cosic, will take on the responsibility for Kelheim Fibres’ marketing and communications.
