A familiar face returns as Columbia’s chief product officer

Columbia Sportswear has announced Woody Blackford as the new chief product officer for the Columbia Brand.

This marks a return to the Portland-based company for Mr Blackford; he was previously its president of design and innovation. More recently, he worked at Canada Goose.

In his new role, he will coordinate all product aspects of apparel, footwear, accessories, and equipment for the Columbia brand.
