Industry representative body the European Outdoor Group (EOG) has announced details of the first project that will be funded a financing initiative, the Impact Accelerator Fund (IAF), that it set up at the end of 2023.

The project will focus on increasing access to renewable energy in Taiwan. EOG said it has the potential to benefit many outdoor brands because Taiwan is “a key manufacturing base for the outdoor industry with a large amount of the industry’s technical fabric suppliers located there”.
