Down treatment will maximise warmth and longevity, Rab says

Outdoor brand Rab has announced a new partnership with UK-based after-care product developer Grangers.  

A  treatment called Down Defend, which Grangers and Rab have developed and tested together, will be available for use in Rab’s autumn-winter 2025 collections. The product cleans and enhances the hydrophobic properties of down.

The companies have said that treating jackets and other down-filled garments with the product will help maximise warmth, comfort, protection and longevity.
