Record exhibitor numbers at Milano Unica
The fortieth edition of Milano Unica closed on February 6 after three days.
Organisers said the event this time had attracted a record number of exhibitors, with 723 companies taking part.
After the final day, they estimated that visitors from around 6,500 companies had attended, an increase of 10% compared to the winter edition in 2024.
Breaking this down, they said 2,500 international companies had sent buyers to Milano Unica this time, up by more than 30%. The other 4,000 organisations to send visitors to the event were Italian companies. This figure represents an increase of 3.5% year on year.
President of Milano Unica, Simone Canclini, said the increases in numbers had exceeded expectations. “The significant and widespread increase in the presence of companies from all key geographical areas is a promising sign of the reliability of the positive recovery forecasts for the second half of the year.”
