Revenues down at Teijin

Japanese group Teijin has reported revenues of just over $1.6 billion for the first quarter of its current business year, the period to June 30, 2025. This figure represents a fall of 4.8% compared to the same quarter a year earlier.

Materials contributed 48% of the total, but this segment’s revenues fell by 7.1% year on year.

Teijin’s fibres division contributed 34% to the total, down by 0.9% year on year.
