Outdoor brand Black Diamond has appointed Jonathan Hilbron as its new director general for Europe. He will be based at the brand’s European headquarters in Innsbruck.

Mr Hilbron has been part of Black Diamond’s team in Europe for the last 11 years in roles including regional commercial director.

He is a keen climber and also serves as a mountain guide.
