Taiwan-based performance materials-maker Far Eastern New Century Corporation (FENC) has been named as the best employer in Asia by specialist publication HR Asia. 

The company has now this accolade six years running. In addition, this year it won additional awards for diversity, for talent advancement, for workplace sustainability and for technology empowerment.
