UK-based, manufacturer of testing instruments for fabric and colour fastness, James H. Heal & Co Ltd, has recently launched Healink Asia.

In cooperation with Heal’s Chinese partner, Introtech Limited, a brand new service centre has been established in Hong Kong. This will service customers in Australia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

The purpose of the Healink Asia Centre is to provide a quicker and more affordable service to customers in the region. The centre will take care of installation and commissioning, training, maintenance and calibration.

It is staffed by local engineers, and operates under the technical supervision of Healink – Heal’s Service and Calibration Division. A continuous training programme is in place and all calibration certificates are authorised and issued by Healink in the UK.
