Ispo China winter 06 confirmed its status as a quality brand and contact platform for the sports industry. The fair was which was held on March 13-16, when 286 brands from 26 countries exhibited their product novelties at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, SNIEC.

The event attracted 11,098 retailers, down slightly from the 13,353 who attended ispo China 05. 82% of the visitors came from more than 30 regions of mainland China and the international visitors were mainly from the Asian-Pacific region, although people attended from more than 70 countries overall. The largest contingents of visitors came from Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan.

The first ispo China summer 06 will be held in Shanghai on August 21-24, 2006, and the next ispo China winter 07 will take place on March 14-17, 2007, in Beijing.
