Dow Fiber announces new dye techniques

Dow Fiber Solutions has announced a series of new techniques for garment dyeing with its XLA stretch fibre at the core of the new ideas.
The company launched the new solutions at the Denim by PV exhibition in Paris at the start of December.
It says that, because Dow XLA is resistant to high heat, the fibre gives mills, manufacturers, designers and brands “maximum versatility” to achieve bright and fresh colours in their garment collections.
The solutions are the fruit of a collaboration with a specialist partner called Jeanologia, a company that has proprietary dyeing technology.
