Senior staff changes at Ever-Glory
China-based sportswear, outerwear and apparel company Ever-Glory International has revealed that its chief financial officer and corporate secretary, Yan Guo, has resigned with effective from September 2. According to the company Ms Guo decided to leave the company for personal reasons.
"Yan has been a highly valued member of our management team and we wish her all the best in her future endeavours" said chairman and chief executive officer, Edward Yihua Kang.
Jiansong Wang has been chosen to replace her. He most recently served as general manager of the accounting department at a subsidiary of the group, Ever-Glory International Group Apparel. Prior to this he served as international settlement accountant at Goldenway Nanjing Garments and as general manager of the accounting department at MG Garment Manufacturing. He has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hehai University
