Taiwan selects 20 textile firms for export promotion

The Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF) has selected 20 premium textile exporters to take part in its textile export promotion project. This will be the fourth phase of the project.

In a similar way the TTF helped 21 textile manufacturers promote themselves in export markets in 2011. From January-November, those companies registered an increase in the value of their exports of 21.4%, much higher than the textile industry average of 13.9%, the federation said.

Textile manufacturers selected for the programme in 2012 include Li Peng, Singtex, Taiwan Taffeta Fabric, Tri Ocean Textile and Taiwan Paiho.
