Taiwan: 13 companies join forces for Titas

Thirteen companies that together make up the Southern Taiwan Textile Research Alliance have announced they will attend Titas, a performance textile trade show in Taiwan that takes place in mid-October.

The alliance promotes cross-industrial cooperation for industry, government and academia.

Among those exhibiting will be Caliphil, which manufactures cooling and thermal products using recycled coffee yarns; True Young, which uses 100% reclaimed PET fibre to make far infrared thermal garments; and Welsum Technology, which offers a water-repellent fabric with high durability to laundering with an energy-saving dyeing and finishing process.

The other companies in the alliance are Tohitomo, Junmay Label, Nan Pao Resins, Her Min Textile, Farsmart, Everlight Chemical, Houndey Enterprise, Luren Precision, Perfect Defense Technology and Ton Che Prosperous.
