Womenswear focus for restructured Billabong
Billabong has appointed the former head of products at Roxy and Quiksilver as its head of womenswear, as the company works to change its fortunes after rapidly declining sales over the past few years.
Billabong CEO Neil Fiske said as part of its turnaround strategy, the group was focusing on its big brands.
“We see tremendous growth opportunity for Billabong women’s, which is why we’ve specifically created this role to give it a dedicated focus,” he said.
Susan Branch will report to a newly created position of global president for Billabong.
Ed Leasure and Jean-Louis Rodrigues have been appointed as heads of the Americas and Europe respectively.
