Billabong turnaround focuses on omni-channel

Billabong has named Kadima Lonji as chief technology officer of direct-to-consumer as the Australian sportswear brand continues its aggressive restructuring plan in an effort to turn the company’s fortunes around.

Reporting directly to CEO Jeff Streader, Mr Lonji brings 15 years’ experience of omni-channel platforms as well as experience in ecommerce for multi-channel consumer brands and retailers.

CEO Neil Fiske said: “Building our omni-channel platform is one our top strategic priorities, as reflected in our seven-part turnaround strategy. 

“We are fortunate to have someone of Kadima’s experience, skill and vision taking this critical role.”
