Cambodian textile workers to go on strike again

Reports from Cambodia say factory workers there, including many involved in apparel manufacture, are preparing for further industrial action.

At the start of this year, many major companies in the global apparel industry made formal complaints to Cambodia following violent clashes between striking workers and security forces.

Now workers are preparing to go on strike again, for one week in the middle of March and unions have called for workers to refuse to do overtime from February 24 onwards.
