Cotton Australia secures grant to improve online tool

Cotton Australia has secured a grant from the government to make the myBMP system more relevant to growers.

myBMP is an online tool enabling growers to access information and research on legislative requirements, best practice and industry goals.

The A$384,000 grant will be used to update the system, integrating a mapping capability and making it more tablet-friendly.

Improved data reporting functionality on fertiliser, pesticide and water usage will also help the industry stay competitive in the global marketplace, says the association.
