Bauer strengthens baseball offering with Easton acquisition

The deal, for $330 million, also contributes intellectual property.
The combined companies generated $593 million in sales for the year to December 31, 2013.
Bauer owns the Mission, Maevrik, Cascade, Inaria and Combat brands while Easton-Bell retains Easton Hockey and Easton Cycling.
