Outdoor Industries Women’s Coalition announces guest speaker at OR

The presentation provides a platform for industry leaders to share best practices around business strategy, sustainability, innovation and leadership diversity in the workplace.
Jerry will talk about the factors that help small and large businesses succeed as the sector changes.
As a lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Jerry enjoys hiking, fly fishing and rafting. Each year he has a goal of summiting one of Colorado’s 14,000-foot mountain peaks. In September, he summited Mt. Rainier alongside REI employees from its retail stores and headquarters.
REI today is the US’s largest consumer co-op with 5.1 million active members.
