Third-quarter growth for VF thanks to “outstanding” outdoor brands

VF Corporation reported a 7% increase in revenues for the third quarter, reaching $3.5 billion. The group said its Timberland, Vans, The North Face, Kipling and Wrangler brands were the main drivers of its growth.

Chief executive, Eric Wiseman, said the performance of VF’s outdoor and action sports coalition had been “outstanding” over the three-month period. “We are squarely on track to deliver another record year,” he said.
