Mr Siegle achieved the highest two-year growth rate in the US, one of the highest re-order rates, and grew “key initiatives” by triple digits.
Tony Erlick, vice-president of sales, said: “His passion to outfit and activate consumers for all things outdoor led him to work his way onto the sales floor, eventually earning a spot in retail management and new store development before crossing over to the wholesale side.
