Project has incorporated far infrared reflecting (FIR) materials developed by Celliant into the collection, saying the technology “is proven to improve the wearer’s bloodflow, stamina and performance”.
Project chief executive, Graeme Clarke, said in the build-up to the exhibition: “Premier jackets all boast similar features: waterproof breathability, high collar, lengthy cuffs, helmet-fitting hood, snow skirt, taped seams, pit zips and all the right pockets. Thanks to our attention to detail and our special partnership with Celliant, we’ve added more. This is a product that recycles the wearer’s body heat as infrared energy to promote circulation, increased oxygen, cell vitality and body temperature regulation from within. The result is improved bloodflow, amplifying stamina and endurance and that’s just what skiers and boarders want and need.”
