New Q2 record for Wolverine Worldwide

Outdoor footwear group Wolverine Worldwide has reported second-quarter revenues of $630.1 million. This figure represents year-on-year growth of 2.7% and is a new record for the quarter.

Wolverine’s Performance footwear group, which is made up of the Merrell, Saucony, Chaco, Patagonia Footwear, and Cushe brands, achieved growth of 5.7%.

Commenting on the results, chief executive, Blake Krueger, said: “The global demand for our family of brands remains strong and I am pleased to report that our top-line growth accelerated in the quarter and exceeded our internal expectations.”
