Appointments at Wolverine cement apparel ambitions

Footwear group Wolverine World Wide has appointed two senior managers to strengthen the apparel channel and consumer-direct initiatives.

Scott Sincerbeaux has been hired of president of ‘consumer direct’ to grow the division and omnichannel initiatives.

He was most recently vice-president of North America Retail at Godiva Chocolate and has held senior positions at Ecco, Brown Shoe and several other footwear companies. 

Tom Kennedy has been named as president of apparel and accessories, a newly created role.
Previous roles include executive vice-president of the Fossil Brand, vice-president of US apparel at Nike, and various senior roles with The Gap.

"Scott and Tom both add extensive and diverse experience to our team and deepen our already strong bench. They both have a strong consumer-centric background and will work to drive two of our most critical strategic growth initiatives as we continue to build our family of brands,” said Wolverine Worldwide's CEO, Blake Krueger.
