Norwegian woollen apparel brand to move to Gerber’s Yunique

Norway’s oldest producer of knitwear, Devold, has chosen to adopt Gerber Technology’s YuniquePLM web-based product lifecycle management software. Devold has been using Gerber software for more than 15 years already.

Gerber said on making the announcement that the move to Yunique would allow Devold to migrate all the data and product knowledge it has built up over its 160-year history into a modern PLM solution.

Laila Gaustadnes, professional leader of product development at Devold, said her company looked forward to increased efficiency and productivity thanks to the newer functionality, improved collaboration and better access to data that YuniquePLM offers.
