Invista to relaunch Coolmax and Thermolite

President of Invista’s apparel and advanced textiles division, Dave Trerotola, said on making the announcement that the company has spent two years gathering “consumer insights” into the two fibres and has seen an opportunity to “reinforce the unique benefits of two of our more established brands”.
The campaign will centre on the notion of “welcoming your surroundings, without fighting the elements”, Invista explained, whether that is in the gym or outdoors.
“Coolmax and Thermolite enable you to explore your own limits, giving you that added comfort to help you optimise your performance,” Mr Trerotola continued.
Innovations include “advanced innovation” in moisture management and warming technology that have allowed Invista to create Coolmax Pro and Thermolite Pro as sub-brands. In addition, Invista is launching Thermolite Infrared Technology, which uses solar technology to warm up fabrics.
“We are excited to bring this warming technology to market. This innovation will be the first new technology to be introduced under our campaign,” said Huw Williams, Invista’s global segment leader for activewear and outdoor.
