Terrot signs first deal in Iran

16/06/2016
Textile machinery manufacturer Terrot has concluded its first contract with an unnamed Iranian textile manufacturer. The deal is worth €220,000 to the Germany company and will see five new circular knitting machines delivered over the coming months.

The agreement came following a visit to Iran by Terrot managing director Andreas von Bismarck in May. He joined other entrepreneurs from the German state of Saxony and Martin Dulig, the region’s minister of economic affairs, labour and transport, in a delegation targeting new business contracts and sales opportunities in the country.
