Bluesign accreditation for Thermore’s 100% recycled down product

Insulation technology brand Thermore has announced that its Ecodown product range is now bluesign-certified. The fibre used in Ecodown is 100% recycled from post-consumer plastic bottles. The material required for one down jacket saves ten bottles from landfill, the Italian company has said.

According to Thermore, Ecodown is the only synthetic down product on the market made entirely from this recycled material, is highly durable and provides long-term reliability for garments.
