Sportswear manufacturer Nike has signed a new deal with UK Athletics which will see it remain the official kit provider for UK team athletes until 2030.

The agreement comes as members of the team compete in the IAAF World Athletics Championships in London.

UK Athletics revealed that Nike will also increase its support for the Futures Programme, which aims to find the next generation of British athletes, as part of the deal. 

“This commitment to British Athletics is a brilliant platform of support for the sport to move forward with,” said UK Athletics CEO Niels de Vos. “We’re looking forward to collaborating with Nike further over the next few years on some exciting projects.”
