The organisers of Apparel Textile Sourcing Miami (ATSM) have offered details about the seminar programme that will run at the next edition of the event (May 28-30).

This exhibition took place for the first time in 2018. It has doubled in size for this year’s edition, which will again be held at the city’s Mana Wynwood Convention Centre.

Among the speakers confirmed for May’s show are Avedis Seferian, chief executive of campaign group WRAP, which campaigns for higher levels of responsibility in apparel factories around the world. He will explain why responsible sourcing is now more important than ever.

Julie Hughes, president of the United States Fashion Industry Association (USFIA), will offer an update on the latest development in global trade, including information on tariffs.

Laurie Pressman, vice president of the Pantone Color Institute, will unveil her organisation’s fashion colour trend forecast for autumn/winter 2020-2021.

The organisers will add more speakers to the line-up in the build-up to the event.
