European Outdoor Summit announces sponsors

The European Outdoor Group (EOG) has signed trade fair IWA OutdoorClassics as headline sponsor for the European Outdoor Summit (EOS) for its second consecutive year.  

The summit, which will take place in Interlaken, Switzerland on September 26 and 27, will also be sponsored by ISPO, Outdoor by ISPO and W.L Gore & Associates.

Rebecca Schönfelder, director of IWA OutdoorClassics, said: “Over the past 45 years, the international trade fair IWA OutdoorClassics in Nuremberg has grown to become a multi-themed industry event with a global reputation. The outdoor segment, in particular, has proved highly dynamic, especially where it overlaps with the hunting theme: more and more specialist dealers are including outdoor brands in their range, and more and more companies are offering product lines with green outdoor activities in mind.”

Matthias Zaggl, a business leader for Gore, added: “The summit is a key industry event and platform for inspirational and educational updates, discussions and networking.”
