New name for swimwear brand Finch Designs

The brand has said this name is “inspired by our passion for protecting the environment and our mission to close the loop on waste, fashionably.”
Finch Designs was founded in 2010 by Itee Soni and Heather Kaye, who together had a combined 25 years in the fashion industry. Its products are manufactured in China before being sold across the world at luxury resorts and spas, the majority of which are in Asia and the Middle East. It carries products for men, women and children.
The founders put sustainability at the centre of their business, which has led them to use Unifi’s Repreve recycled PET fabric in its swimwear. It started using this material in 2013.
In a post on social media unveiling the Loop Swim brand name, Ms Soni said: “Our new name, Loop, helps our customers better identify us as a sustainable swimwear brand that’s serious about protecting what you love by creating timeless products for women, men and children.”
