New addition to Huntsman dyEvolution range

Eriopon E3-Save, an eco-friendly dyeing auxiliary, has been developed by chemical manufacturer Huntsman as an addition to its dyEvolution range.
 
It uses polymer technology, has been engineered to help mills achieve savings in water, energy and time for the intensive process of dyeing polyester and its blends, without the need for anti-foaming product, and can be used to dye in jet applications.
 
It combines pre-scouring, dyeing and reduction clearing in a single bath, and its levelling increases reproducibility, allowing mills to dispense with additional levelling agents.
 
Global marketing manager, Oliver Gerlach, said on announcing the new product: “We expect this latest offering to support the textile industry’s drive towards more eco-friendly practices.”
 
Textiles treated with Eriopon E3-Save auxiliary comply with the requirements of Bluesign, Level 3 of the ZDHC, the restricted substances lists of international brands, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and the Global Organic Textile Standard.
