Lions-Canterbury partnership renewed for South Africa tour
21/11/2019
The Lions is a team made up of players from Ireland, Wales, England and Scotland. It goes on an official tour to the southern hemisphere every four years.
It will play eight matches in South Africa, including three international test matches against South Africa’s national team, the recently crowned world champions.
Dates of the matches are not yet available but Simon Rowe, Canterbury’s head of global sports marketing, said renewal of the partnership gave the brand “loads to feel good about”.
