Paris home to third Nike “House of Innovation”

Nike has opened the third of what it calls a “House of Innovation” on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris. Like the locations in Shanghai and New York, the four-storey, 26,000 square feet flagship is designed to offer an “immersive and digitally-powered end-to-end consumer journey”.
Features of the store include “Mission Control”, a wall-to-wall installation located near the entrance that is said to “[connect] shoppers to the global and local community of sport”. The store will also have Bra Fit, a digitally-enhanced bra-fitting tool, as well as “Kids Pod”, an interactive gaming and trial station.
Nike said the store uses enhanced sustainable design, with more than 85,000 kilos of sustainable material woven into the store design and display fixtures. Through a partnership with Iberdrola, the location is is fueled by a clean energy wind complex in Spain.
"When consumers step into Nike Paris, they will experience our largest, most digitally connected and immersive retail concept in the world," says Heidi O'Neill, president of consumer and marketplace.
