Athletic and yogawear clothing brand Lululemon has filed a legal case against retail group Costco.

Lululemon has submitted documents to a court in California alleging that clothing products Costco is selling copy its proprietary designs.

It is seeking a jury trial to hear the case, for Costco to stop selling the products concerned while also paying financial damages to Lululemon.
