Eurojersey expands its scope

Italy-based Eurojersey will be presenting its collection for S/S 2028 at Performance Days in Munich (October 13 &14) and at Functional Textiles Shanghai by Performance Days in Shanghai (November 18 & 19). Under the “Out of Frame” heading, the range proposes to rethink fabric selection through a new lens, “where fabrics are no longer defined by a single discipline, but by the performance they are designed to deliver”. Another sign of change for the company that is phasing out its Sensitive Fabric brand.

Four key fabric groups will be highlighted, all dedicated to the body in motion and elasticity. Comfort is the focus of Soft Movement where fabrics feature exceptionally soft hands and deliver a second skin feel. Ultra light weights, moisture management and breathability are the core characteristics of Tennis Fast Surfaces. Performance Peak presents the company’s most technical fabrics, made from dope-dyed yarns, offering high abrasion resistance and also laminated to waterproof-breathable membranes.

The Cotton Chapter is arguably the newest facet of the collection as Eurojersey literally opens a new chapter by presenting its very first fabrics made from cotton. The goal here, the company said, is to “bring together the natural character of cotton with Eurojersey’s technological know-how”.
