French textile producer Chargeurs has signed a partnership agreement with Moroccan holding company Holfipar under which the companies’ apparel fabrics businesses (Chargeurs Fashion and Sefita) will be merged into a single entity, Chargeurs Fashion. The two companies will hold an equal interest in the company.
