The Materials Show to launch London event

American Events, the company responsible for organising The Materials Show, which takes place four times per year (twice in the Northeast of the US and twice in the Northwest), is to bring an event to Europe for the first time.

The inaugural EU Materials Show will take place at The Truman Brewery in London from May 1-2.

Announcing the launch of this event, the organiser said Europe is home to a wide range of major footwear and apparel companies, all of which could benefit from the hardware, components and materials that are exhibited at the shows it already runs in the US.

American Events has worked with international brands in an effort to fulfil the needs of European brands. Hisham Muhareb, who is in charge of the show, said: “We’re excited to gather footwear companies from throughout Europe under one roof, offering unprecedented brand access to our European attendees. The show will offer face-to-face interactions exhibitors and visitors can’t get anywhere else.”

Among the brands that the organiser expects to participate at The Eu Materials Show are: Nike Europe, adidas Europe, Pentland Brands, Decathlon, Wolverine, Solomon, Berghaus and Vans Europe.
