Rieter makes director appointment to grow after-sales business

Swiss short-staple fibre spinning machinery provider Rieter has announced that its senior vice-president of operations for spun yarn systems, Carsten Liske, is to take up a new appointment at the start of 2015.

He will become director of a new after-sales business group, with responsibility for a number of functions that were part of the spun yarn systems business group until now.

Rieter said on making the announcement that it was keen to accelerate growth in after-sales.
