John Capasso, Gerber’s new chief financial officer, has said it is an exciting time to be joining the software solutions provider for the apparel industry.

 

He said: “I’ve watched the company over the years and have been impressed with its performance since it was taken private, and its progressive stream of new product introductions and investments in R&D. I’m excited to join a company that has established a trusted reputation that brand owners, manufacturers and retailers rely upon every day to design, manufacture and measure their products and businesses.”

Capasso joins from Varel International Energy Services and will oversee corporate finance, accounting, tax, investor relations and information technology.
