CTC accredited by SAC to monitor supply chain sustainability

SAC is the largest trade organisation of brands, retailers, manufacturers, government and non-governmental organisations and aims to increase sustainability in the apparel and footwear industry.
André Leroy, CTC’s CSR officer and sales director for Greater China, said: “With this standard, the industry will give the consumers the tools to make their final choice. This first move will meet companies’ growing needs to assess the sustainability of their supply chains and CTC’s SAC Verifiers are well-positioned to bring their expertise to assess supply chain sustainability.”
Based in France, CTC has an international network of 22 labs and inspections agencies.
