Companies offer scholarships to new ITECH Textile Materials degree

French engineering school ITECH is introducing a Masters in Textile Materials and offering up to 30 students full scholarships, as well as providing work experience in the form of three internships throughout the three-year programme.

Jerome Marcilloux, dean of ITECH, said: "Having been interested since the launch of this project, Europe’s textile and plastic manufacturing federations have supported ITECH’s Polymer Science programme by sponsoring our majors in Plastic Materials and Textile Materials. These industries’ companies are experiencing the same difficulties in recruiting international engineers, as is the case for the paint industry.”

Taught in English, the European Master programme provides companies with a recruitment pool of young, specialised engineers who are motivated to pursue international careers in polymer science.
