New Mammut CEO named

The board of directors of Conzzeta AG has appointed Oliver Pabst as the new chief executive of outdoor brand Mammut. He will take over from Rolf Schmid, who is leaving the group by mutual agreement. Oliver Pabst will take up his post on September 1, 2016.

Oliver Pabst has worked for the last nine years as sales and marketing director of Munich-based high-end sports brand Willy Bogner.

In March this year, Conzzeta announced a five-year strategic programme for Mammut targeted at consolidating the company’s leading position in the German-speaking countries of Europe and accelerating growth in “selected international markets”.
